"Fantastic customer service , I’m horrible at explaining issues. Tracey was so patient when I called into Kris Yoders office in Fairbanks today. She knew exactly what I was trying to say and assisted me right away and took care of multiple things that I needed to, one of which was setting up a beacon in a new vehicle. She made everything fast, easy, simple and made me feel like I had all the support I needed to download my first official app and complete the install, which I did! Great people working in Fairbanks with the company . Spencer was also very helpful bundling insurance and getting me a first time home owner a fair quote .
