"An actual insurance agency that gives you a fast quote and returns phone calls promptly. Wow!!!! I called a few local agencies in Fairbanks, none of them returned my calls or if they did it was weeks later. Kris Yoder agency was very nice, prompt and returned calls. I can trust them to actually return my call or pick up the phone if an accident happens."

"My review is late coming but the past year and a half have been chaotic to say the least. Kris and the rest of the team at statefarm ease the burden for my husband and I soo much after our home burned down. They had advised us years prior to invest in renters insurance and thank goodness we listened. They put us up in a hotel and walked us through the whole process never loosing patience with us. With our families all in the lower 48, Kris and his team felt like family with how supportive they were. I will always recommend Kris, Statefarm, and renters insurance to everyone I know."

"We’ve been using Kris Yoder- State Farm in Fairbanks, AK as our auto insurance for a few years now and they always seem to have an affordable fair quotes in any insurance needs you have. The team members are polite and knowledgeable in all aspects of their job. This go round, Veronica Hassinger was the agent helping us out amend our existing auto insurance and so far, she was delightful to deal with. I highly recommend this place for all your insurance needs."

"The people here are nice and will help you. What happened in my case is that I’ve been being charged 30 dollars more for… wait for it… an 2007 vs a 2024. Yep, my grandma car. The first time I went in to talk to them, the issue was solved. The agent assured me that it wouldn’t happen again. The bill I just got was.. surprise.. exactly what he told me wouldn’t happen. I think these folks are trying their best overall. Unfortunately, my experience hasn’t been great with them. If you choose this office, I hope you have a better experience."
